What is the delivery time?
Shipments go out Tuesday to Saturday. We strive to process your orders within 2 – 3 business days.
Can I return or exchange an item that I have purchased?
Yes. In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and you need to return it, please be aware of the fact that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received: unused, undamaged, in original packaging. We only return or exchange regular priced items, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If your item meets the required conditions, you do the following:
- send an email to email@example.com to get your authorization for returning your item to Subtiel,Werchtersesteenweg 3, 3150 Haacht, Belgium.
- return your item within 14 days from the day you receive it.
When we received your returned item and inspected it, we will send you an email and process your refund.
Do I pay for the return shipping charges?
When you return or exchange your item, you must cover the shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges, unless the return is due to a mistake on our behalf. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
